| On time, reasonable price, based on our conversation about problem he brought the part he thought would be needed and he was right. Only problem was that he had his small son with him and he walked around basement and looked at stuff. Truck left a small oil spot on new driveway but we were able to clean it off. Small problems noted would not keep me from using him in the future because of the positives. Washer is working fine and for a reasonable cost to me so that is really all that mattered. |
