When he was held up in traffic he called to let me know that he would be a few minutes late. I had a number of "small" jobs that he did very efficiently. He told me during our initial conversation what parts I would need so that I could get them before he arrived. This saved both of us time. Don was very professional in his demeanor and appearance.
