| I was pleased with the initial response and the final result 6 weeks later (a new motor had to be ordered). Communications in between usually had to be initiated by me but Chip always responded promptly. He saved me from having to buy a new motor by finding out the old one was still under warranty and getting the company to replace it even though I didn't have a receipt. Overall, I was very pleased and would use again. |
