The owner and his son came on time, assessed the problem quickly, made the repair in short order, and also performed a couple of other electrical fixes that I needed. I was very impressed with the respectful manner in which they both worked. Mr. Hauser is teaching his son about the business, and it was so nice to see a father and son interacting in this manner--the father very patient and instructive, the son very interested in learning how to do the work right. The company obviously emphasizes both the quality of the work performed, as well as the service manner in which it is completed.
