I dealt with Matt Taylor. I found him to be polite, fast, and professional. The job was done in record time. I had a slight wait as I special ordered the hardware, but once they began the job they finished promptly, cleaned up every bit of debris and removed it from my home. I am thrilled with my new bathroom and have already given his name to 2 of my friends. I plan to call him again when I am ready to redo my kitchen.

Glenn has been easy to do business with. He has answered all of my questions and met every request. I met with a previous customer as a referral given by Glenn. He has been left alone on the job site with no problems. He has not finished this project yet but I am satisfied with the bathroom remodel job being done. I willl use Glenn on any future jobs that I may have. I am very comfortable with what I have seen so far.

There are a few drips with paint or seems in the walls that could have been smoother. But that's really rather picky of me. The bathroom is beautiful! Everything went in nice and straight and they paid close attention to the small things we asked for like matching colors of outlet covers and ways and kinds of fixtures we needed for the small lights and things needing picked out last minute. I do wish the whole thing had gone a bit faster. But as this is our 3rd bathroom remodel, it was the best job of the 3 different bathrooms we have had done and the time frame was about normal from all the various companies we've worked with.
