Very professional from the initial phone call, the free on site evaluation and the cost estimate, to finally the actual cleaning of the carpet.
My only concern is that small furniture such as chairs, area rugs should be moved at no additional cost. I also did not understand why it was necessary to vacuum the carpet before you came to clean it. At the very least if you do not want to move furniture large or small, then place it on styrofoam blocks like another carpet cleaning company does.
