At first, we were a bit disappointed when we saw the drapes because they were very wrinkled. (Drapes were folded in his vehicle one day and overnight because it rained very hard the day he was supposed to bring them back). He put them up for us, then used his steamer on all of the loose pleats (which took a while) until we were satisfied. I would say that he did the best he could under the circumstances, and that his price was very reasonable. At our request, he took them down and put them back up for us, which was something no other company that I called would do. They were very dusty/dirty and now they are CLEAN!

Did a great job cleaning my furniture. Prices are more than fair. They did miss the scheduled appointment time by being an hour late forcing me to push back other appointments for the day.
