Norman was very pleasant to do business with and came back a time or two to change a few things that we weren't completely satisfied with. There were a few areas closer to the house that weren't as cleaned as we would have liked and the sod folks commented on several areas that they had to clear. Overall though, we were pleased with Norman and wouldn't hesitate to do business with him in the future.
