Aaron gave the most complete estimate. He installed the furnace and air conditioning unit on time and as promised. Aaron noticed and fixed a problem with a sewer line while in a crawl space. He resealed an area of the foundation wall in which a large hole permitted unwanted access from the crawl space to the basement. Pro Platinum did the job and more.

Randy and Matt showed up right on time for our appointment. They were very professional. They did a good inspection and then proceeded to remedy the situation. Randy answered every question we had and added information that we hadn't thought about. There was absolutely no pressure to do projects that didn't need to be done; in fact, he seemed pleased to find our old A/C unit was still going strong. Reasonably and affordably priced and would recommend anytime.
