the guy came in and checked the furnace but couldn't find anything wrong. He made a few minor corrections to the exposed wiring.

We had a PMA done...which is a complete exam of our heating, cooling and heat pump systems. Randy and his assistant worked for 3 and a half hours (with a set prearranged fee) and were very thorough. Randy stayed to answer ALL of my questions...as we had just moved into this pre-owned home and I wasn't sure how the systems worked. He found quite a few things wrong with each system. I would say he is a Dr. of heating and cooling systems, or a "master" of his trade. Very friendly and prompt too. Very professional!
