Mr. hotle was very polite and professional. He arrived promptly and gave me a reasonable quote in a matter of minutes. The ONLY reason I did not hire him was that I had already hired a contractor to repair my deck and they are going to replace my chain link gate, also. I will definitely keep him in mind for future projects.

Very willing to work with us on the creative ideas; willing to work outside the box on our projects. Flexible on time, able to work in cooperation with the plumber, electrician, tiler, etc - even offered to let workers in when we were unable to be here. Matthew went above the call of duty and gave us a reasonable bid for additional work that always comes up during any project. Great guy, very good skills.
