I would recommend firming up the estimate as the work is closer to being complete. I received an estimate, and due to me getting additional bids, the work wasn't done for a few weeks after the estimate was given. In the end, the final price was $50 more than the estimate. Unfortunately, I wasn't around when they came to the house for payment, so I'm not sure the reason for the higher price. In the end, no big deal, I should have firmed up the price towards the end of the process. The work was just completed yesterday, so assuming it was done correctly, I would use Kansas City Roofing Sercie again. Mike was pleasant to deal with.

The two men were very pleasant and got right to the job. It only took them about half an hour or so do seal the leak in the roof and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it either.
