| I arranged to meet the Carter Door repairman at my lake house yesterday afternoon. A little after 2:00 I got a call asking if we could move the appointment to the next day. I explained that I took the afternoon of work and it would be difficult to do the same the next day. At this point I was wondering whether I picked the right company. Rob called me to let me know he was on his way. He was terrific. It was a difficult job and he got it done efficiently. He was very proactive and fixed things that needed to be fixed, without being asked. I will not hesitate to recommend Rob and Carter Door to all my friends and neighbors. |
