It started off badly with confusion as to the appt time so I waited 2 additional hours for them to show up. Once the cleaning person showed he rushed through the job and we were not satisfied with the upholstery cleaning we received, had to call back and request that someone come out and redo the upholstery cleaning. This time the owner came out and gave me several options and he recleaned the sectional and did an awesome job. And as a courtesy he cleaned the carpet for my time. Showed extreme concern for my happiness and showing they could do a quality job. I would certainly reccomend to others.
