We had a PMA done...which is a complete exam of our heating, cooling and heat pump systems. Randy and his assistant worked for 3 and a half hours (with a set prearranged fee) and were very thorough. Randy stayed to answer ALL of my questions...as we had just moved into this pre-owned home and I wasn't sure how the systems worked. He found quite a few things wrong with each system. I would say he is a Dr. of heating and cooling systems, or a "master" of his trade. Very friendly and prompt too. Very professional!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service for my small project. At first there was a mix-up on the phone as to what I was trying to get accomplished (no fault of either side), but after initial on-site inspection of the AC unit, Randy told me exactly what needed to be done, which we performed the next day with no issues at all.
